Frequently Asked Questions

What payment methods do you accept?

We exclusively accept secure Interac e-Transfer payments to ensure streamlined processing for our Canadian clients. Orders are processed the next business day following payment confirmation. Complete e-Transfer instructions are provided at checkout.

How are your peptides tested and what purity do you guarantee?

At Ontario Peptide, we uphold the highest standards for laboratory research. Every compound undergoes a rigorous three-stage analytical verification process: initial manufacturer testing at the source, independent community auditing, and final verification by Ontario Peptide third-party laboratory testing.

We guarantee >99% purity verified via HPLC-MS. Each batch is identity-confirmed, mass-verified at or above specification, and strictly endotoxin-tested. Current Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for all research materials are available on our Lab Results page.

How does shipping work and how long does delivery take?

We ensure your research experiences minimal downtime. All Ontario Peptide orders ship domestically from within Ontario the next business day after payment is confirmed—eliminating customs and border delays entirely. We offer free Canada Post Xpresspost Shipping on all research supply orders over $250.

Expected delivery times are 1–3 business days within Ontario and 2–5 business days nationwide across Canada. Upon dispatch, you will receive an automated tracking number via email to monitor your Canada Post shipment every step of the way.

How do bulk discounts work?

We make scaling your research cost-effective. Volume discounts are applied automatically at checkout—no promo codes required. You save 10% on 3 vials, 20% on 5 vials, and 25% on 10 vials. These discounts apply across our entire catalog of research peptides and can be mixed and matched to suit your laboratory's specific needs.

How should the peptides be stored?

To maintain optimal stability and efficacy for your research, unmixed (lyophilized) peptide powder must be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct light. For short-term storage (6–12 months), standard refrigeration at 2–8°C is recommended. For long-term preservation (up to 2 years), store the vials in a freezer at -20°C or lower.

(Note: Always allow vials to acclimate to room temperature before reconstitution to prevent condensation, and follow standard laboratory protocols for handling mixed solutions)
