Refund & Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
No Returns
We do not accept returns once an order has been shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@ontariopeptidewholesale.ca with photos and your order number. We will review and resolve the issue promptly.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
Refund or Reshipment Eligibility
Refunds or Reshipments are only issued in cases where:
- The wrong item was sent
- The order was not delivered (confirmed by carrier)
- Purity is less than 99%
- Mass is less than 90% of stated amount
